Today it is a fiery topic, it's gonna ruffle some feathers and I'm so here for it! So let's fucking go. Today's topic is the CUNTY Decision to actually talk to and listen to your customers and be willing to get uncomfortable. There's always times where we feel nervous or we fear rejection, but we can’t let that be the reason we don’t talk to our customers, pitch them our products and services, and ask for genuine feedback.
Today we’ll explore multiple case studies that we can learn from. Sometimes we need to take a step back and give a client time and space, but many times we need to take a step forward, make an ask, and improve our client’s lives. Don’t let the fear of someone saying “No” prevent you from asking in the first place! Your clients deserve you and your offerings, and they won’t be able to benefit from them if you don’t step up and offer them.
