Description
Covid-19 hasn’t gone away and, due to travel restrictions, neither has Louis Theroux. In the second outing of his podcast series, he tracks down more high-profile guests he’s been longing to talk to - a fascinating mix of the celebrated, the controversial and the mysterious.
Calling in from an eco-village in Scotland, comedian, writer and mental-health campaigner Ruby Wax speaks to Louis about spending time with Donald Trump, turning her back on television and how the sight of Louis's face put Ruby off her food.
Producer: Paul Kobrak
Assistant Producer: Catherine Murnane
A Mindhouse production for BBC Radio 4

What a wasted opportunity. Ruby Wax came across as closed, guarded and inauthentic prob as a result of Louis' interview style. He hardly mentioned her great work with frazzled cafes and just chuntered on about their respective tv programmes from 100 years ago. I'm pleased I heard Ruby on R4 which captured more about where she is now.
We should have a retrospective on iplayer of Ruby's 'interviews'; they were brill!!! Thanks Louis and Ruby.
sorry to hear how bitter Ruby Wax is these days..... and good on ya for ignoring her hints to steer the conversation to her bad dad.
Best Grounded episode I ever heard. Ruby is great!
This is the best podcast of Louis' - he seems actually genuine and listens
