Description

Hey, Survivor!

Have you ever been told you’re too much?  It’s easy to get caught up in drama and what has happened to you in your narcissistic and toxic relationships; however, it's important to explore other aspects of what’s going on:  the state you’re in; the state they’re in; what’s happening holistically.  In this episode, I’m sharing an exercise, based on psychiatrist Eric Berne’s “Transactional Analysis,” from a trauma healing group session that I recently attended.  And I’ve included 5 benefits for survivors.  You’re not too much.  You are enough!

If you, or someone you know, need help reclaiming your power, this episode is for you.

Know who you're dealing with.  Know who you are.

💚Lesley
