THE RESURRECTION
IN RELATION TO DAILY LIFE

More now :
Christ has risen from the dead; 
firstfruits of those who slept is done.
Because how much death
entered by a man,
Also by a man
the resurrection of the dead.
Because just as in Adam everyone dies,
In Christ, too, everyone will be made alive.
But each in his own order: Christ,
The first fruits;
then those who are Christ's,
at his coming.
Then the end,
when I hand over the kingdom to God
and Father, when you have deleted
all dominion, all authority and power.
Because it is precise that He reigns
until he has put all his enemies under his feet.
And the last enemy that will be destroyed is death.
Because he held all things under his feet.
And when he says that all things have been subjected to him, clearly he is excepted who subjected all things to him.
But after all things are subject to him, then the Son himself will also subject himself to the one who subjected all things to him, so that God may be all in all.
Else,
What will those who are baptized for the dead do, if in no way the dead are raised?
Why then dead people are baptized?
And why are we in danger at all times?
I assure you, brothers, for the glory that I have of you in our Lord Jesus Christ,
That every day I die.
