  • The specific benefits to you, including how it increases your metabolism, can be a great weight loss strategy & even prevents/manages diabetes

  • Bust industry myths and misconceptions such as needing to be in the gym for hours for it to work (not true), or how weight-lifting will make you 'bulky' (also not true)

  • And unpack some of the socio-political, and cultural, context that has historically not promoted strength-training for women
