Which can lead to us feeling disconnected and low in self esteem and confidence. But the great news is that there are things we can definitely do to re-learn that trust and therefore to reconnect with ourselves, to the things that our body is telling us and to the innate wisdom that we all have within us that is just waiting to be accessed.

So today I’ll be talking about:

-a couple of the key ways in which many of us have lost our trust with ourselves

-and how we can start to build that back to feel better, to be healthier, and to feel so much more confident and at peace with ourselves.
