So today I want to unpick that. I want to show you that what you’re feeling is the product of what we’re surrounded by every single day. BUT - and this is important - I also want to show you that just because it comes from outside, it doesn't mean there’s nothing we can do about it. So we’ll also be getting into how you can start to change your perspective on all of this to give yourself the gift of less stress and overwhelm.
