We’re all in a place of heightened emotionality including fear, worry, and anxiety and it stems from the fact that this virus is something we can’t control and it’s claiming lives on a daily basis. There’s so much that we can’t control, so in order to make it through this, the only thing we can do is focus on what we can control.
