16. Meet Jessica - Owning your Worth, Releasing Perfectionism, and Your Breath as The Guide
Description
"Once I could re-learn with this new belief that I am enough, that's what shifted. So that's what I mean by "unlearning the things that were not serving me" and then I got to re-learn a new belief and carry it with me."
Meet Jessica Waala
As a Breathwork facilitator + lifestyle coach, Jessica Waala will crack your heart open to who you really are. She brings together personal development and spiritual tools to guide you to self-love so that together we can heal the world.
Her own journey began in 2011 when she discovered yoga, meditation, and Breathwork to heal trauma + anxiety and develop true self-compassion. She went onto work at Stanford University’s Center for Compassion and Altruism and has also worked closely with the world's top thought leaders as a social media manager. Deep down, she knew there was something more. It was time to share her own message and the healing practices that transformed her life with others.
Today, Jessica has supported thousands of lives globally through her classes, coaching, and events. She is one half of The Healing Couple, joining forces with the love of her life, Cory, to help high achievers self-heal and connect to their mind, body, and soul. She is committed to walking the talk every day, giving the best hugs, and inspiring others to live a life they love.
