Spring is almost here—it's March 1st, and the air is starting to feel different! Before we fully dive into the new season, let’s take a moment to reflect on this winter (yes, we’re still in it) and all the growth and learning we've experienced this winter. I’ll lead you through the questions and give you a few of my answers, but also press pause and apply each question to your own life.
1. What were your goals for winter? Did you meet any of them?
2. Celebrate what went well and all you did accomplish (including holidays)
3. Were your goals realistic? Were they too much or not challenging enough?
4. Did you rest? Enough or too much?
5. What is something you really enjoyed this winter?
6. Did you create magical moments worth recreating? Any new traditions?
7. Did you read? Any good book suggestions worth passing along to others?
8. Were you cozy? Content?
9. How was your mood? Do you think the weather affected you?
