Let’s go Inside the Doctor’s bag for a small dose of Optimal Health. Today we will have a conversation about the importance of Exercise as one of the six aspects of Optimal Health. Does exercise do more than just build muscles and improve aerobic health? Is there a link between lack of exercise and poor health? What kind of exercise program works best? How much time do we need to get the benefits of exercise?
