In this episode, I spend a half hour with Oggie, a well-known personal trainer who (like me) specialises in training those over 50. We discuss many relevant aspects of fitness, in particular how age makes training different, but is certainly not a barrier. I start off by asking Oggie how long he has been interested in fitness.
