Covid finally hit me but I think I invited it in from the way I was operating day to day. I learned so much about my body and rest in the past month. Burnout is real and I get burned out a lot because of how I much I move and work my brain. Learning the signs of burnout can help prevent it in the future. This episode I will be sharing my journey with recovering from covid and still recovering from burnout.
