Description

You ever think to yourself, “damn, I wish I was alive back when the mammoths were dancing around in their giant clogging shoes.”? Of course you do. Trust me, we all do. Well, you missed it, and so did I, but instead of cursing the linear progression of time and spiraling into a pit of despair, we can instead use paleoecology to paint a picture (both literally and, like, descriptively) of what it must have been like to see them big ol’ clompin’ stompers back in the day. In this episode, we’re joined by Peter, a PhD student, gay icon, and friend of the pod, to talk about his field of research, Ru Paul's Drag Race, carbonized peach pits, paleoart, and Georgia's best president, Jimmy Carter.
