Now, today's guest is Therese Sjögran - the Director of Football at Manchester City Women. She is a former player with over 200 games for the Swedish national teams and she has played in the Euro, World Cup and Olympic games. After her playing career she transitioned into a role as sporting director at her club Rosengård and since a couple of months she is the first Swedish person ever to hold a sporting director role in top football.
