The Higher Self is your inner self, divine self, true self, inner guidance, and your greatest potential. Our Higher Self is who we truly are when we strip away all of the things that hold us back. It’s our true essence and it extends to higher planes of consciousness. It’s not bound by the physical, the tangible, or materials. Our Higher Self understands that there is no real separation between the Self and others. 

As the Beatles sang, "I am he as you are he as you are me and we are all together. " This lyric captures the concept of collective consciousness and each of us being fractals from the same Source. Attuning to our Higher Self connects us to each other and Source.
