In this episode I dive into what contempt looks like, how it feels, what it tries to achieve, why it happens, how it can cause us to act (without us realizing it), and what we can do when we experience it. This is also a call out to anyone who does fall into acting contemptuous in your relationships: cut it out! And if your relationship has contempt in it... get out sooner rather than later.
