In this honest episode, we’re pulling back the curtain on what it’s really like to launch something like Fusion University.

We’re talking about the behind-the-scenes challenges, the moments that made us question everything, the heartfelt feedback that lifted us, and the unexpected the not so pretty parts that comes with being “an entity” versus just yourself. (Yup — people treat you differently. We’re going there.)

And that’s what FU is here to do: filling the gap.

• The unspoken and hidden costs (emotionally, mentally, financially) of running dance socials and classes/practicas that no one warns you about

• How being a guest is different when you’ve walked in the shoes of an organizer

• What goes into making tough decisions that not everyone sees

• Why feedback is gold—but also needs to be framed with curiosity
