Though I think there is a difference between taking a break and enjoying yourself on holiday to consistently making excuses for why you are not exercising or eating well. [Listen to #21 Healthy Holiday Habits]

 

We need to stop making excuses because it gets us nowhere. We have all done it – made a million excuses why we can’t go to the gym.

 

Oh well, I need to feed the kids /  do the laundry/ visit my mum / feed the dog / paint my nails.

 

You name it, we’ve said it – right?
