24. Reflecting on the New Level of Patience Required as a Parent
Description
Motherhood can be joyful and challenging on many levels. A new revelation for me was the need to learn a new level of patience. Also, I recognized a similar pattern between being a new Manager and a fairly new Mom. The mirror is turned on me, and the need for self-awareness, ego management, and communication with understanding and respect is clear. I see some similarities here, and I share my reflections on this. Tune in to hear more.
