Autumn Kacian is a near-and-dear friend from college who is now a licensed massage therapist, national board certified health and wellness coach, and owner of Retreat Within. She specializes in embodiment and dysfunction of the neck and pelvis. Her work has been informed and guided by her experiences in youth, navigating the environmental disconnect between the mind and body. She now helps others deepen their awareness of how this connection ripples throughout their life.
