Solomon overseas the company’s locations in North, Central, and South America while staying in close contact with corporate headquarters in Japan. It’s an interesting leadership role in that Solomon finds himself interacting with different cultures regularly. Before becoming CEO, he came up through the finance function and says today he has a particular interest in Human Resources.
