Firstly – I’ve been there! I invest a lot in coaching and mentoring, and generally I feel like I get an excellent ROI on my investments. BUT! I’ve made some big mistakes too so I want to share my thoughts on when it makes sense to invest in coaching, and when it doesn’t.
