Hi! Thank you for listening to this episode of Are You Spiritual? It has been a minute since I've posted and episode; I took a break from recording for the past few months but I am so happy to introduce my Tarot Teacher, Johnie Porter! Johnie has been studying Tarot for over 20 years, has taught over 400 students (including me!) and is the creator of the YouTube channel, Tarot's Apprentice. Johnie is a wonderful teacher, he's incredibly insightful and knowledgable, very patient and pretty funny so classes with him are a delight.
In this episode, we merely scratch the surface of Tarot, but we dive into some of the history and more modern influences on Tarot. You know me, I love a Jungian moment so Johnie indulges me in comparing Jungian archetypes and the Major Arcana. Whether you have been pulling cards for years or are curious, this episode has a little something for everyone. This is the first but not the last Tarot episode and I hope you love it!
