Guru Jagat became the dynamic face of Kundalini Yoga in the West, creating the popular RA MA Center in Venice and had a star studded following. I attempt to explain the complicated history and lexicon around Kundalini while Shannon and I explore the many twists and turns that made Kundalini Katie into Guru Jagat.

Shannon and I revisit Twin Flames Universe and discuss a new documentary about the founders. Luckily, we also have the founders' new podcast to dive into; and while we have a lot of fun and a few laughs, it is very clear that in this new era, these kind of cultish leaders are becoming more savvy and manipulative.

One of the intentions of this podcast is to warn the audience about spiritual narcissists, cults and cult like behaviors; I hope the listener will see the parallels between these to subjects - while their doctrines are different, the ever shifting landscape of attaining the perceived goal (of peace, enlightenment, partnership, healing) is a commonality.
