I'm not talking about the times when you're tired or hungry but more when you're feeling like you just can't be bothered. It is a collective feeling right now so I'm sharing with you some of the strategies I have been implementing the past week to give you some guidance and support


 


Steps to implement:


  1. Know your own signs

  2. Take physical time out 

  3. Rest without feeling the need to be productive

  4. Ground yourself and come back to the present

  5. Clean your spaces

  6. Realign yourself with your goals and vision

  • Do I allow myself the time to be present or to rest?
