33 - Lacking Motivation does not make you a Failure

This episode we chat about losing motivation and experiencing burnout and what I do when this happens so that you have the tools to get yourself out of whatever little rut you find yourself in
Here’s what I do when I lose motivation or experience some burnout:
- don’t shame/ guilt myself
- have a journal sesh to reflect/ refocus/ create a plan
- look at my vision board/ update it
- review action plan - what’s been working/ what isn’t working
- ensure my habit tracker is ready
- accountability - tell friends/ coach/ business friends
