Welcome back, Aligned Leader! In this episode, I am sharing one of the most transformational and impactful tools that I have used on myself in my journey to alignment. It is a tool I use with my clients and my team, and that tool is meditation.


I want to share with you the ins and outs of medication from a novice meditator. If you are curious about meditation, if you have never done it, or are barely trying it or don’t understand what it is, or it has been a little too woo-woo for you. Then I am your girl, and I got you! I was in your place not that long ago, I was trying to figure out how to implement it and have had amazing results.


So, I am just here to share my journey with meditation and to encourage you to just start. Start a practice, make it your own, there really is no wrong way to meditate. Even when you build a consistent practice it will always be shifting just as you are shifting through life. Open
