Routines are a powerful tool that can support you in bringing intention to your day, and ultimately your life. In this episode, I share how I build my routines, and how I continue to give myself grace when my routine fluctuates. I also highly encourage you to do my #1 thing for a successful morning routine and day, which is to not touch your phone in the morning. This one change in my routine has cultivated a huge shift in my life and I hope it shifts yours as well.
