Today is all about 3 of the most common misconceptions about nutrition to improve your body and health. There is an absolute ocean of information out there on what you should and shouldn't eat when you should eat it, and so on. Is this okay to eat or isn't it? How much should I eat, and should I stay away from things like sugar entirely if I want to be in shape? The list is endless, but I want to narrow it down to 3 things I feel I hear about the most. Hopefully, I can clear up some misinformation out there that is confusing you, frustrating you, restricting you, and overall holding you back from achieving your fitness goals due to not being able to follow a nutrition program you can stick with long-term.
