Description

It's well known in the personal growth world that despite the courses, seminars, workshops, motivation etc etc, only 5% of participants actually manage to create & sustain long term change & success in their life! That's 95% that get all hyped up & then come crashing back down after the event, podcast, workshop etc! Great for business with repeat clientele, not so great on a human level when you have so many people desperately wanting to change but they just can't make it stick.

As a successful goal setter & achiever, believing I was in the 5%, nothing surprised me more when all of a sudden, I stopped dreaming, I stopped setting goals & even stopped feeling what it was like to dream, imagine & create.

After working with a few (very expensive) coaches, and still having no answers as to why I could not get my shit together, I came to the conclusion, I was the problem, something was wrong with me, until, I completed trauma informed training in my Coaching Evolved Life Coaching Certification where, FINALLY, I understood what was going on with me, and also, what was happening for so many women I had worked with over the years.

If you have ever struggled to set or achieve goals, or got stuck in a funk where you haven't been able to dream, imagine or create, this episode is for you. There is nothing wrong with you my friend, your body is just trying to keep you safe.
