Humans tend to go through life in westernised society thinking they will live forever. We get so caught up in the most insignificant things that we forget & are detached from the reality that is... we are all going to die!
This is something that I have come to learn about & deeply understand, as I grieved the loss of my mother as her terminal disease started to slowly steal her from us. When you think about dying, you are reminded that you are not here forever and that in the big scheme of things, it's a very short trip!
