This week on the podcast I’m discussing one of my favourite topics with Personal Trainer, Online Physique Coach and Fitness Model Josh-Blue. Josh-Blue joins me to chat about how, as fitness professionals, we start our clients on their fitness journey, many of whom have no prior knowledge of going to the gym. It’s therefore important to set a solid base to improve clients’ confidence and expertise. 


Josh-Blue explains how compound movements like squats, deadlifts and bench presses are a great way to improve a client’s strength, while also offering advice on his own experiences of being a fitness professional and competitor.
