Co-Founder of Respect Outside, a business that provides solutions to the outdoor industry to increase gender equity and end sexual harassment and discrimination. As you’ll hear in this episode, Jim is a 30-year veteran of the outdoor industry and has a wide variety of experiences including outdoor education, outfitting, marketing, and consulting on best practices. Through his work at Respect Outside and the use of an Equity Through Action approach, he’s helping the outdoor industry create new ways of thinking which in turn creates a safer, more productive work environment for all.
