Eric Galbraith works at Air Canada. Still. It's what allowed him to travel the world and discover delicious coffee that he just couldn't find locally. So he started experimented with importing and roasting his own "home brew" coffee with a popcorn popper and his BBQ. Yes, you read that right. The pieces started falling in place for Eric one by one, and eventually what started as a fun hobby lead him to open his own vinyl inspired retail coffee shop and roaster in Regina. This is the story of 33 1/3 Coffee Roasters.
