366. Ezra Swell, Team Every Man Jack, Winning Age Group Triathlete, and Former College Basketball Player Talks Racing & Training

Today, I’m syncing up with Ezra Swell, Age Group triathlete that is CRUSHING it in the 25-29 age group, which he just entered this year. He recently won Challenge New Jersey, where he earned a spot to Challenge Roth. In June he came in first in his age group at IRONMAN 70. 3 Happy Valley, where I was race announcing and watched him come through the finish line, which was pretty cool. He has also won 1st AG IRONMAN 70.3 Eagleman. In his spare time Ezra works in finance and played college basketball at University of Chicago.
