Gaslighting Is, at its core, manipulation that removes you from your grasp on reality, makes you distrust yourself and your perspective and is just some really skeezeball behavior. It is not cool. This, however, is a radical self-love podcast where we are ready to pep talk you if you feel like you relate or know someone who does. It's okay to get manipulated, but you got to pull yourself together and remove that garbage from your path, and that's really what is up for discussion today.
