Mai is the visionary Founder of Boss Me In - a purpose-driven organization led by diverse executive women to inspire college-aged women through storytelling, preparing them to become agents of change.
She is also the co-founder of EYEJ: Empowering Youth, Exploring Justice, an innovative and timely non-profit organization committed to driving social justice reform and focused on empowering young advocates for change.
