This week Liz and Becky are joined by Sam Avery and Alexandra Hofgartner. Sam is the Artistic Director of the Comedy Trust and a stand up comedian who was half way through a national tour when lockdown hit. He talks about the pros and cons of trying to do outreach over the internet during lockdown with The Comedy Trust and some of the more unique lockdown gigs he's been offered.  Alexandra is the Artistic Director of The Decedant Rabbit and a co-producer for The Ministry of Burlesque. She is a multitskilled practitioner who directors, performs, teaches, produces and more. Becky and Alexandra discuss online cabaret, protecting small venues and the impracticalities of teaching under covid restrictions.
