In this morning inspirational podcast, I talk about 4 habits that changed my life. About 5 years ago I woke up and realized I had the power to change and that is exactly what I did. When this happened, I realized the power of habit has everything to do with the wellbeing of my mind. 

Because at this point in time I was feeding my body full of toxic foods, I wasn’t exercising, I had compulsive negative thoughts racing in my head, I had a short fuse, and I was so out of alignment with my very own soul. 

Through establishing disciplined routines, I was able to create habits that changed my life for the better.

When I started learning how to build habits that would stick, that aligned my mind, body, and my spirit together, I was truly able to start living a better life. A life with meaning, purpose, passion, happiness, and even wellbeing. 

Instead of continuing being a victim of my past circumstances, I created a vision for my future.
