Today I dish out some tough love to you all because I know you need it.
Let me just say this - when you DONT make a decision, that IS making a decision. It’s deciding to let your business run its course on its own and call the shots. You can avoid the tough conversations or calls, they always find you.
It’s better to be in control of a boat during a storm, rather than being scared and hiding below deck.
Business can be hard, it can be uncomfortable, it can be downright scary. If you’re not facing it head on - you’re going to take it from behind. Crude? Maybe. True? Yes.
Let’s get a grip and get ourselves back in control to tackle 2026 head on
