Lysi walks us through her open house-based system. Every Sunday except Mother’s Day, Easter, and Christmas, her team puts on six open houses. Her agents are fully prepped and have gorgeous collateral to give attendees. Sometimes, they receive up to 200 attendees because of her marketing team’s excellence in video, social media, and SEO. Then, during the early part of the week, they close deals and identify the open houses for the following weekend.
