I'd like to learn Jiu-Jitsu. It seems somewhat similar to climbing. I have only a few climbing partners, but I know I can rely on them 100%. In climbing, it’s also crucial to avoid injuries so that I can still climb well into my 70s. This means avoiding dynamic moves from awkward positions. Climbing is very demanding on joints, ligaments, and muscles, so you need to be careful, stay flexible, and work on core strength. Jiu-Jitsu seems to be similar in this regard. It also appears that
