By gradually tuning into five things you can see, four sounds you can hear, three sensations you can feel, two scents you can detect, and one taste you can perceive, the exercise helps to quiet the mind and reduce stress. Engaging each sense allows you to release tension and reconnect with the present moment, promoting a sense of calm, clarity, and emotional balance.
