This week we consider how the leader replenishes and recharges and looks ahead to success in the coming year, by:  taking time to decompress, enjoying guilty pleasures, reflecting positively, planning for post-Covid-19, and pondering upcoming challenges. Enjoying the holiday this year will be key to well- being and success in the coming year.
