Sharing the story of your happy customer, talking about the transformation they’ve gone through working with you or buying your product, this is stuff that’s never going out of style. You can literally use it over and over again - and the best thing is, you’re not creating content from scratch. It’s all coming from your customer.
Here are five steps to using customer stories:
- Identify the right customer stories.
- Create compelling case studies.
- Use different formats like written case studies, video testimonials, or podcasts.
- Integrate case studies into your website
- Share on social media and email marketing
