Had a great time hanging out with and chatting with Dylon Grzenda over at the BullFrogFit Studio. Dylan is currently in grad school studying to an ATC. Dylon has really immersed himself in the health & fitness world. He played collegiate baseball at New Haven. He is a personal trainer. He coaches over at F45. He participates in the yearly "Squatober" and "Deadcember". And he writes very simple, effecting and creative programming for people including:
