Description
有三個國家，透過憲法法院的判決來宣告死刑違憲，分別為：匈牙利、南非、立陶宛。而就這麼剛好，就在今天下午三點，也是我們國家在憲法法庭要宣告死刑是否違憲到日子，此時此刻，在等待下午的同時，我們也可以聽聽別的國家是怎麼做的。另外推薦一本書：死刑釋憲三國志，先了解其他國家的作法，是很重要的。
