Veteran triathlon and running coach Michelle Lake is on the show to give us two of her favorite long run workouts inspired by her work in triathlon.
Michelle has helped many athletes quality for the IRONMAN World Championships in Kona and helped one of athletes run a 2:25 marathon while working with him for a decade. These two workouts are inspired by that work and can help runners of all abilities increase their aerobic capacity and recover faster.
