Often times we take deep dives into runner's recovery from traumatic injuries. Those are useful and inspiring but not always relevant to most runners. In this episode, we take a look at the physical, mental, and emotional recovery from a short-term injury setback.

Bridget Chamberlin returns to the podcast to talk about a three week injury setback that occurred with eight weeks left in her build to the 2024 Chicago Marathon. Bridget does a wonderful job detailing all of the feelings associated with her injury as well as the "all-in" method she used to bounce back and possibly return better than before.
